Regular and Senior Voting Memberships are open to any household within Del Ray. Both homeowners and renters are eligible to join.

Please see the map at the bottom of this page for the DRCA boundaries specified in our bylaws. Associate (non-voting) Memberships are available for interested parties who do not live within the boundaries pictured.

Association Boundaries

Del Ray is the area bounded on the south by Braddock Road, on the west by Russell Road, on the north by East Glebe and West Glebe Roads, on the east by Richmond Highway (U.S. Route 1), and on the southeast by the CSX rail tracks intersecting Richmond Highway to Braddock Road.
